This short excerpt is taken from a live recording captured at Inota Festival in 2024, featuring an improvised performance by Ábris Gryllus, Aiwa, and Zságer Balázs. Enhanced by a striking visual environment, the concert unfolded as a special edition of the Budapest-based ambient series Transcendent Waves.
Built around a rich palette of analog, modular, and granular synthesizers, the musical journey moved from intimate, meditative textures towards increasingly expansive and hypnotic sonic territories. The visual environment mirrored this gradual transformation. Beginning with microscopic, cell-like structures, the imagery evolved through a series of organic, biomorphic formations that continuously emerged and transformed. As the performance progressed, the visual perspective expanded from the microcosmic to the macrocosmic, echoing the music’s progression from intricate inner worlds toward vast landscapes.
