Presented at the finissage of the William Blake exhibition at the Hungarian Museum of Fine Arts, the audiovisual performance drew on the artist's visionary and emotionally charged universe. His work reflects a world in constant unrest, where perception itself becomes unstable and charged with intensity.
The performance was conceived as a silent disco format, where the audience could choose between two parallel sonic environments via headphones: Balázs Zságer’s ethereal electronic composition, embodying Hell, and Deva’s live vocal performance, representing Heaven.
The visual system drew from Blake’s imagery and was reinterpreted through a generative TouchDesigner process. Forms extracted from his works were broken down into particle structures, continuously dissolving and reassembling into new configurations. Presented across large-scale LED surfaces and extended onto the surrounding architecture through projection, the visuals expanded beyond the screen to envelop the space itself, transforming the gallery into a dynamic environment of continuous emergence and transformation.
